Rates are based on 4 bedrooms and maximum 10 adults staying in the villa. 

All rates are inclusive of all taxes, and also includes unlimited tea, coffee and water throughout the stay, and is for the exclusive and private use of the whole villa and all villa facilities including free superfast Wifi internet and private pool and also includes the services of the dedicated staff including a great in-villa cook, full daily housekeeping, and a local English Speaking manager who can also help you in arranging trips, tours, massages or anything else that you need.
